Great walk, I had a dig and rumage around in one of the many landslides on our walk. Mum says it looks like ive got socks on. I was very proud of my legs but when we got home dad washed them, grrrrrr.
On the trail of the cat
Our walk yesterday took us on the trail of a cat. I know a cat lives in this area as ive chased it up a tree on numerous occasions, far more times than mum realises on our boys nights out in the campo! It was an unusually hot day too, our walk was in 23C so we welcomed the water in the acequia to cool our feet off and have a bit of a drink before heading home.
Ive got a cold again
It seems I have a cough and cold again, I have a very snuffly nose and im coughing. Mum thought I was over it but clearly im not, but I do feel better today, yesterday I felt very poorly. My snow nose has not been very pink since ive been poorly, see if you can tell on the 2nd picture. Had a nice walk this morning that cheered me up.
Khumbu aged 10 weeks – video
This was me when I was 10 weeks old, am I cute or what? I have the biggest (Bruno) and smallest (Tapa) play mates.
Great video
This video was the inspiration behind the humans wanting us to go ski touring with them in the Sierra Nevada. We are glad they found this video because we enjoy our time out in the snow.
Hope you like the video
We get the cough
There has been a cough going around all the dogs in the area and I guess it was just a matter of time before we caught it. Bruno went down with it first and then I caught it. We have been making the most of the humans feeling sorry for us but really we are ok, we still love our food and water but have not been allowed walks, until today yay. Mum says it sounds like a doctors waiting room!
Photos of doggie day out in deep snow
At last here are the photos from our day out. They are in an album as there are still too many but we hope you enjoy them as much as we enjoyed our day.
A doggie day out in the deep snows
Bruno and I got to go along with the humans snowshoeing yesterday. Went into the forest at Puente Palo and came out into the clearing above the forest where I ran free like a mad dog. The snow was deep most of the time, blimey it was hard work but we had such fun as you will see from the video below. There are photos to come too but mum took so many she is struggling to sort through them. Humans eh!!
A walk in the clouds
Todays walk was without Bruno, he has a cough, so hu’mum decided he should stay behind this morning, so off went me and my mum. This is my favourite team, im always well behaved when its just the 2 of us, even when we meet other doggies. We actually couldnt see much on the walk, oh but we did manage to get a picture of the dog who lives in a barrel, he’s very sweet and knows us now. Hope you like the pictures.
